By injecting LPG into the engine as a liquid rather than a vapour, the LPI system improves engine volumetric efficiency, producing more power from less fuel. With HSV’s LPI solution, the fuel management system runs it’s own dedicated software and injection system which is integrated in each HSV. As a result of this solution, the Enhanced Driver Interface is able to provide accurate fuel consumption data and combined range (Petrol and LPG) estimates.
